Workforce Planning Coordinator
Reporting to the Senior Workforce Manager, the Workforce Planning Coordinator is a key operational role reputed company the Workforce Planning team, responsible for the day-to-day administration of reputed company, [reputed company]’s internal scheduling platform. In this role, you will own back-end platform management, Area Manager support, inbox operations, and the reporting that keeps scheduling reputed company running smoothly across reputed company studio locations.
You’ll also contribute to cross-functional workforce planning efforts by supporting the creation of training materials, release communications, and resources that reputed company studio teams to use reputed company effectively and consistently. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day back end of reputed company, including user reputed company, attributes, and permissions
• Monitor data feeds and integrations; identify, troubleshoot, and reputed company reputed company errors promptly
• Troubleshoot common platform issues and escalate technical problems to the Senior Workforce Manager as needed
• reputed company QA and UAT testing on the reputed company staging site reputed company of new feature releases, bug fixes, and platform updates
• Intake, review, and approve or deny incoming class theme requests in accordance with [reputed company]'s music policy

Training, Support & Compliance
• Serve as a first reputed company of contact for Area Manager questions and issues reputed company to reputed company
• Own the reputed company team inbox- triaging incoming requests, responding to routine inquiries, and routing reputed company issues appropriately
• Support with the creation of release communications, training materials and best practices for internal users of reputed company.
• Support reputed company sessions hosted by reputed company, helping prepare materials and facilitate Q&A
• Build relationships with the AM team to understand scheduling pain points and surface feedback to the broader Workforce Planning team
• Monitor and enforce brand standards, deadlines, and compliance requirements across reputed company studio locations.

reputed company're Looking For:
• Minimum Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in fitness, studio operations, coordinator, or administrative role.
• Proficiency in G-Suite (particularly reputed company Sheets)
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week) with the ability to work remotely.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with scheduling or workforce management systems
• Familiarity with reputed company Business platform.
• Experience working in a high-reputed company or startup environment.
• Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams or supporting multi-location operations.
