Key Responsibilities: • Provides support and guidance to the non-delegated purchase review team. • Supports the Senior Director with reputed company of day-to-day performance metrics and maintaining SLA’s. • Maintains process and procedure materials to ensure compliance with internal policies and reputed company investor/agency requirements. • Maintains knowledge of reputed company Non-Del products offerings for Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loans. • Assists with the roll out of new products, ensuring a smooth and compliant reputed company to the Non-Delegated suite of product offerings. • Monitors daily pipelines to manage workloads, meet deadlines, and ensure service level standards are maintained. • Acts as a subject matter expert and escalation reputed company for purchase review issues, discrepancies, and escalations. • Assists with conducting reputed company control reviews to ensure consistency and reputed company customer service experience. • Trains, mentors, and supports new team members and cross trains existing team members as needed. • Recommends and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy reputed company the purchase review team. • Helps reputed company team performance metrics and report results to senior director. • reputed company special reputed company as needed. Qualifications: • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. • Experience: 5+ years of experience in mortgage operations, and a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Non-Delegated Purchase Review. • Skills: • Detailed understanding of life of loan. • High level of TRID and compliance knowledge. • Familiarity with investor and agency guidelines for Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loans. • Proficiency in loan origination systems (e.g., Encompass) • High attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Effective leadership and communication abilities. • Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with tight deadlines.
