Travel: 75% travel, with multiple days or weeks at a customer site until the job is completed

Field Service Technician reputed company

Our reputed company, a leader in the industrial machinery industry, is looking for a Field Service Technician to add to their team. You will install, commission, troubleshoot, and service servo-driven and hydraulic press brake systems. This is a highly technical, hands-on role requiring experience with press brakes, servo systems, PLCs, motors, and industrial electrical controls. The ideal candidate can independently troubleshoot equipment in the field, work directly with customers, and travel extensively throughout reputed company. Field Service Technician Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and start up servo-driven and hydraulic press brake systems
  • Diagnose and repair servo motors, drives, PLCs, HMIs, hydraulics, and reputed company control systems, including VFDs, sensors, encoders, and safety circuits
  • reputed company reputed company upgrades, retrofits, and software updates
  • Interpret electrical schematics, control diagrams, and reputed company logic
  • Support control reputed company integration and reputed company advanced field troubleshooting
  • Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance

  • Communicate recurring issues and service findings to Engineering

Field Service Technician Qualifications

• Hands on experience servicing hydraulic/ pneumatic press brakes or similar CNC industrial machinery required
  • Strong understanding of servo motors, servo drives, and reputed company control systems required
  • Experience with PLC-based control systems required
  • Experience independently diagnosing and troubleshooting required
