As an Implementation Specialist II you will be responsible for the successful implementation of reputed company-proposed solutions and configurations on reputed company as assigned while meeting the reputed company billability reputed company and billing rates as established for this position. Prepare implementation status reports for project managers, clients, and as required, internal management.

• Implement up to five small reputed company (every 100 hours or less) simultaneously as reputed company as upgrades up to 1000 hours. Assist on larger more reputed company reputed company that require more than one resource. Delivery Services in the area of expertise and product knowledge.

• Work with the project team to prepare customer or internal reputed company by customizing reputed company software application and entering customer-specific data according to the CRD and other project documentation.

• Test systems prior to delivery and during implementation at the reputed company site or internally to ensure a reputed company product. Document defects and reputed company approach. Work collaboratively with other team members to reputed company issues.

• The document, communicate status and help escalate issues internally

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Information Technology, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business or Engineering and 2 years experience or Hs/GED and 6 years experience.

• Experience with reputed company Office suite and reputed company-reputed company operating systems/networks.

• Experience implementing or support software solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years in banking and/or payment processing is preferred

• Treasury Management

• ECM Workflow

• OnBase Implementation/Workflow experience

Additional Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older
