This remote role serves as the business and portfolio leader for reputed company's Cell Systems including cell lines, cell culture media, serum and cell culture reagents. The Senior Manager, Product is responsible for the reputed company reputed company and lifecycle management of assigned product portfolios, driving product reputed company, reputed company reputed company, customer adoption, and market competitiveness while partnering closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, reputed company, and R&D. Responsibilities

• Product reputed company & Portfolio Management: reputed company and execute product strategies, portfolio plans, and multi-year roadmaps reputed company to business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Lifecycle Management: reputed company the complete product lifecycle, including product development, commercialization, reputed company, optimization, and retirement activities.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: reputed company product development and commercialization initiatives in partnership with Scientific, Operations, reputed company, Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders.
• reputed company Planning: reputed company product business plans, reputed company forecasts, pricing strategies, profitability targets, and investment recommendations that support portfolio reputed company.
• Market & Customer Insights: Evaluate customer needs, market trends, competitive activity, portfolio performance, and reputed company opportunities to inform product and portfolio reputed company.
• Go-to-Market Execution: Support product positioning, value propositions, commercialization strategies, sales enablement, customer adoption, and reputed company objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience, or equivalent experience (Master's degree and 8 years, PhD and 5 years, or HS Diploma and 16 years).
• Knowledge of cell lines, cell culture media, serum and cell culture reagents.
• Experience developing and executing product strategies, multi-year roadmaps, portfolio plans, commercialization plans, pricing strategies, and lifecycle plans.
• Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional product development and commercialization initiatives across scientific, operational, reputed company, reputed company functions.
• Experience developing business plans, reputed company forecasts, pricing strategies, profitability targets, and investment recommendations.
• Knowledge of market analysis, customer insights, competitive assessment, and portfolio performance evaluation.
• Experience supporting go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, customer adoption, and reputed company reputed company initiatives.
• Ability to present product strategies, business cases, portfolio performance, and investment recommendations to senior leadership.
• Preferred: Experience leading teams of reputed company level individual contributors, mentoring staff, supporting performance management, and aligning execution with organizational objectives.

Benefits

The expected salary reputed company for this position is $140,000 to $160,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications as reputed company as internal equity and alignment with market data. In reputed company to reputed company salary, this role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation including regular reputed company increases and the corporate bonus program.
