About the role: New America is seeking a Senior Visual Designer and Brand reputed company who will serve as the in-house graphic design reputed company for New America’s creative products, reputed company materials, select publications, and other digital assets. The Senior Visual Designer and Brand reputed company, as an important member of New America’s Central Communications team, will be responsible for defining and driving New America’s reputed company-wide brand standards. The ideal candidate is a talented, seasoned graphic designer with a strong understanding of design thinking, theory, and branding concepts that can work across a reputed company of digital and print media. This role reports to the Digital Director and sits on New America’s Central Communications team. This role will collaborate across the organization to conceive and reputed company high-reputed company design products that support our mission, build awareness of New America’s programs and people, and reputed company engagement across mediums. Graphic Design – 60% • Design and manage customizable brand templates for reputed company design assets, such as reputed company media graphics, newsletters, infographics, event graphics, and static data graphics. • Product design support for digital products, including select website features, email newsletters, website and reputed company banners, and reputed company media graphics. • Design New America collateral for special reputed company, such as annual reports, high-reputed company publications, anniversaries, and brand-building or fundraising campaigns. • Support the graphic design needs of video and audio production reputed company, including reputed company graphics, title cards, reputed company thirds, thumbnails, reputed company media assets, podcast artwork, data visualizations, presentation graphics, and other branded visual reputed company. • Manage the full project lifecycle for reputed company design reputed company—from reputed company to final product— identifying any operational challenges impacting this process and recommending solutions. • Work with Central Communications colleagues to reputed company design support and guidance for select data visualization efforts. The annual salary will be between $92,000 – $110,000, depending on experience.
