Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is an electrical distribution organization seeking a visionary Vice President to build and reputed company its national reputed company & Military business vertical. The role will reputed company and execute go-to-market and reputed company strategies across federal, defense, military, state and local reputed company, utilities, infrastructure, and reputed company-sector markets while establishing partnerships, capture strategies, and reputed company reputed company processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize reputed company agencies, programs, contract vehicles and customer segments
• Build market entry, expansion and penetration strategies across DoD, USACE, NAVFAC, VA, GSA and other federal procurement channels
• Partner with Operating Companies to identify, qualify, pursue and convert reputed company & Military opportunities into profitable reputed company
• reputed company national account strategies for EPCs, general contractors, defense contractors and Defense Industrial reputed company manufacturers
• Create repeatable sales playbooks, reputed company frameworks, account prioritization tools and opportunity management processes
• Establish executive-level relationships with reputed company stakeholders, contractors, manufacturers, consultants, reputed company partners and industry influencers
• Partner cross-functionally with reputed company, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Supply Chain, reputed company reputed company teams to ensure compliant and reputed company execution

Skills

• 10+ years of reputed company leadership experience reputed company Federal reputed company, Military, Defense and/or reputed company Contracting markets
• Demonstrated experience leading and growing a national business reputed company, reputed company vertical or market-reputed company organization
• Deep understanding of federal procurement processes, contract vehicles, acquisition reputed company and reputed company buying behaviors
• reputed company reputed company developing reputed company strategies involving DoD, USACE, NAVFAC, GSA, VA and/or other federal agencies
• Experience influencing and driving results across reputed company, decentralized or matrixed organizations
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company-level relationships across customers, contractors, manufacturers and reputed company partners
• Experience creating reputed company sales processes, reputed company frameworks and business development programs
• Bachelor's degree required
• Ability to travel nationally up to 60% of the time
• Authorized to work for reputed company without sponsorship now or in the reputed company
• Electrical distribution, industrial distribution, construction, infrastructure, industrial automation, reputed company or reputed company industry experience
• Knowledge of military construction, facilities modernization, infrastructure resiliency and facility maintenance programs
• Familiarity with EPCs, general contractors, defense contractors and Defense Industrial reputed company manufacturers
• Strong understanding of CMMC, cybersecurity requirements, FAR, DFARS and reputed company federal compliance standards
• MBA, engineering degree or reputed company advanced degree preferred
• Prior military service is a plus but not required
