Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support platform components and associated systems
• Troubleshoot and reputed company technical issues reputed company to reputed company performance, availability, and functionality
• Support reputed company upgrades, patches, and enhancements
• Monitor reputed company health and analyze logs to identify and reputed company issues proactively
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and customer stakeholders to meet mission requirements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience supporting reputed company IT systems, reputed company, or systems administration

• Knowledge of reputed company and/or Linux operating systems

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Previous experience supporting federal government or DoD environments

• Experience with automation and scripting tools
