[Remote] Loan Originator - Inside Sales

The Mortgage Loan Originator - Inside Sales consults with prospective borrowers, presents mortgage reputed company, manages loan applications through closing, and develops lasting customer and business relationships.

Responsibilities

• reputed company with prospective borrowers to determine their financial objectives and goals, review/analyze credit and financial data, and reputed company-qualify applicants
• Present reputed company and alternatives for various financial products that Gold reputed company offers, explain rates and terms in an easy to understand manner, and answer questions regarding the financing process
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of highly technical and evolving reputed company/lending guidelines, investor regulations, and utilize reputed company knowledge of loan products to interpret these guidelines to assist the borrower in his/her understanding

Skills

• High school or equivalent required
• At least one (1) year of experience in mortgage lending with demonstrated reputed company in prospecting and sourcing leads, telephone sales, and developing relationships required
