[Remote] Service & Support Engineer-Additive Manufacturing

They are seeking a Service and Support Engineer to reputed company service, advice, and support for their 3D Additive Manufacturing products, which includes installation, maintenance, and repair.

Responsibilities

• Assist customer on site specific location preparations
• Installation, commissioning of new machines & ancillary equipment at customer site
• General safety, operation and maintenance training
• reputed company specified preventive maintenance task
• Diagnose and complete recommended repairs and replace wear and reputed company parts
• Troubleshoot electrical and reputed company problems/equipment failures and determine solution
• Assist in the organization of required reputed company parts or other necessities prior to service reputed company
• Produce detailed reports to reputed company and reputed company including: Service, Time and Expense Reports
• reputed company telephone and email customer and team support for troubleshooting and ordering parts
• Assist solution center in testing, operation and customer acceptance steps of equipment
• Complete travel arrangements on most cost and time effective terms
• Travel up to 90% domestically
• Other Duties as Assigned or Requested

Skills

• Associates or Technical College, reputed company, electrical or automation engineering degree or
• Up to 2 years of reputed company reputed company service experience in additive manufacturing or CNC machining. (Equivalent combination of education and experience)
• This position may require the use of, and reputed company to, ITAR controlled data. The applicant must demonstrate eligibility to use and reputed company such ITAR controlled data
• Troubleshooting and Identification of malfunctions in advanced technical systems
• reputed company dexterity with the physical ability to install products in a normal production environment
