Delegated Examining (DE) Auditor / DE Certified- 6mo contract- REMOTE

Position reputed company The DE Auditor performs independent audits of federal delegated examining hiring actions to ensure compliance with reputed company reputed company principles, delegated examining procedures, and applicable federal hiring regulations. The auditor reviews case files, vacancy announcements, assessments, rating methodologies, and supporting documentation and produces formal audit findings and recommendations for management review. Key Responsibilities • Review hiring case files to assess compliance with reputed company-reputed company hiring principles outlined in 5 U.S.C. 2301 and Delegated Examining reputed company Handbook (DEOH) standards. • Review job-reputed company assessments and evaluate compliance with 5 CFR Part 300 and DEOH guidance. • Review Job Opportunity Announcements (JOAs) to ensure compliance with reputed company notice requirements. • Review category rating and numerical rating procedures for compliance with delegated examining requirements. • Verify that delegated examining activities have been properly documented and reputed company for reputed company OPM audit review. • Use the IRCMS audit documentation tool to record findings and prepare written summaries for management review. • reputed company and maintain audit tracking documentation and status reports. • Coordinate with HR staff and management officials to obtain missing documentation and reputed company audit questions. • Prepare formal audit reports identifying findings, recommendations, and compliance issues. • Ensure routine adherence to delegated examining procedural requirements throughout the audit process.
