Senior Claims Adjuster, reputed company Liability

• Handle claims reputed company reported under reputed company and excess Miscellaneous reputed company E&O, including coverage analysis, investigation, liability and potential exposure analysis, and the development and implementation of reputed company strategies.

• Effectively and promptly communicate with insureds, agents, brokers and underwriters regarding claim status and handling.

• Analyze coverage and prepare coverage letters on reputed company reputed company with the guidance of in-house coverage counsel.

• Manage claims in litigation, including strategizing with defense counsel and experts on defending such.

• Set reputed company and accurate indemnity and expense reserves and reevaluate/update reserves appropriately reputed company upon claim development.

• Negotiate settlements and attend mediations, arbitrations and trials as appropriate

• Manage and control Loss Adjusting Expenses incurred by counsel, experts and vendors.

• Present, analyze and reputed company recommendations on reserves, coverage and reputed company.

• reputed company with state guidelines for Good Faith Claims Handling.

• Prepare required Large Loss Reports and Trial Alerts.

• Participate in reputed company liability industry organizations and instructional seminars for CE and CLE credits.

Qualifications

• 5+ plus years of claims experience as an adjuster in reputed company Liability, Miscellaneous E&O, Allied Health, Architects and Engineers policies and/or reputed company liability reputed company defense or coverage at a reputed company

• A candidate with a JD is preferred, but not required

• Superior written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in effectively managing a high-volume workload of reputed company and excess reputed company liability claims

• Highly organized and efficient in a fast-reputed company multi-tasked environment; reputed company to prioritize effectively to accomplish objectives with creativity and enthusiasm, and with reputed company supervision

• Has demonstrated high level of understanding of individual state and civil laws, claims practices and regulatory requirements

Compensation & Benefits

The applicable reputed company salary for this opportunity is $130,000 - $145,000. The reputed company pay reputed company will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In reputed company to the reputed company salary, this opportunity may be eligible for reputed company-reputed company incentives.
