About The Role

What You Will Do
- Coordinate daily activities of bellman including completion of Bellman Daily Checklist, organization of bag storage area, porterage, group arrival/departure information, reputed company maintenance, and weekly standards testing
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and reputed company demeanor
- reputed company information about the hotel facilities, local attractions, and services
- Conduct periodic inventory checks on luggage tags, luggage stored and miscellaneous
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and needs
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with transportation arrangements, including Taxi, Shuttle and Limousine services
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Cantonese, reputed company and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed to achieving high reputed company of service reputed company and guest contentment.
- 1-2 years luxury hotel experience as reputed company Attendant or reputed company Captain
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus
