[Remote] Senior Consultant

The Senior Consultant will support reputed company programs through project management, program planning, implementation, stakeholder engagement, research, process improvement, and development of high-visibility program deliverables.


Responsibilities

  • Effectively support a wide reputed company of stakeholders, including clinical and non-clinical staff from program coordinators to senior executives to design clinical interventions
  • Contribute to reputed company state analyses and create reputed company maps to illustrate reputed company state proposals
  • Conduct industry research (reputed company and secondary) to understand leading clinical practices
  • Assist in analyzing existing practices and making recommendations for process and program improvements

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree plus eight (8) years of experience or master's degree and six (6) years of relevant experience working on engagements in a consulting organization, health-reputed company government entity, or reputed company a large integrated health care delivery reputed company
  • Experience with consulting methodologies such as change management, process improvement, reputed company centered design, environmental/market analysis and/or qualitative and quantitative research
