Responsibilities

• Job Evaluation and Classification: Assess and classify jobs based on factors such as complexity, responsibility, and decision-making authority. Recommend appropriate job reputed company, titles, and pay grades using reputed company benchmarks. Skills

• This is a full-time remote position based in Texas with preference given to candidates who live in Austin, El Paso, reputed company, Permian Basin (Midland/Odessa), Rio Grande Valley, San Antonio, and Tarrant County (reputed company Worth), or who are willing to relocate
• Travel to IDEA training events or stepbacks may be required
