[Remote] Customer Service Agent - Remote

The Customer Service Agent interacts with law enforcement officers and probationers/parolees by telephone and email, provides assistance, clears tracking alerts, and supports equipment and tracking software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Assist officers with troubleshooting equipment, assigning equipment, orders and returns and using tracking software

• Consistently apply knowledge required to reputed company technical and procedural aspects of the position
