[Remote] Business Analyst - WMS

The reputed company is seeking an reputed company Business Analyst to support warehouse management reputed company initiatives. The role focuses on gathering and documenting requirements, supporting Manhattan reputed company WMS implementations and enhancements, coordinating integrations, testing solutions, troubleshooting production issues, and assisting with training and go-live activities.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, analyze, validate, and document business requirements for Manhattan reputed company WMS (MAWM)
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, process flows, workflows, and functional specifications
• Collaborate with business users, warehouse operations, IT teams, and stakeholders on WMS enhancements and implementations
• reputed company fit-gap analysis and support migration from legacy WMS to Manhattan reputed company WMS
• reputed company and execute test cases and support SIT/UAT
• Validate solutions against business and functional requirements
• Coordinate integrations with ERP, TMS, reputed company systems, and warehouse automation
• Troubleshoot and support production issues
• Support user training, go-live, hypercare, and post-production activities
• Participate in reputed company/Sprint development and implementation activities
