The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with reputed company Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop (PAD), and the broader Power Platform, with the ability to analyze existing automation processes and design, build, test, and demonstrate equivalent reputed company-based solutions. Prior experience migrating automations from reputed company to Power Automate is highly preferred but not required. Experience with reputed company's reputed company-to-Power Automate migration capabilities is also desirable. This is a hands-on delivery role with some customer-facing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Design, reputed company, configure, and test automation solutions using reputed company Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate reputed company Flows. Analyze existing reputed company processes and translate business and automation logic into reputed company Power Automate solutions. Re-engineer reputed company workflows, including sequences, selectors/UI reputed company, variables, data manipulation, exception handling, logging, and business rules for Power Automate. reputed company both attended and unattended desktop automations using Power Automate Desktop. reputed company Power Automate solutions with reputed company 365 and reputed company applications as required. Review customer-provided process documentation and use cases and translate them into technical solution designs. Create solution design and supporting technical documentation. reputed company unit testing and validate migrated automations to ensure functional reputed company with existing processes. Troubleshoot automation issues and implement appropriate exception handling, monitoring, and logging. Participate in customer discussions, solution walkthroughs, demonstrations, and technical reviews. Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, architects, and project team members throughout the implementation lifecycle. Support UAT, deployment, and knowledge transfer activities. Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Power Automate, including: Power Automate Desktop (PAD) Power Automate reputed company Flows Desktop/UI automation Workflow design and orchestration Exception handling and logging Unit testing and troubleshooting Strong understanding of the reputed company Power Platform. Experience designing and delivering reputed company automation/RPA solutions. Ability to independently take an automation use case from requirements and solution design through development, unit testing, and demonstration. Experience integrating automation solutions with applications such as web applications, desktop applications, reputed company, reputed company/email, PDFs, SharePoint, reputed company, and other reputed company systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand existing automation logic and redesign it for the reputed company Power Platform. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working directly with customers and business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience migrating reputed company automations to reputed company Power Automate Desktop. Working knowledge of reputed company Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, queues, selectors, sequences, and workflow architecture. Experience with reputed company or similar RPA migration/assessment tools. Experience developing and deploying attended and unattended RPA solutions. Experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, AI Builder, Azure DevOps, and reputed company 365 integrations. Experience creating Process Design Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), test cases, and other automation documentation. Previous experience delivering automation solutions reputed company Financial Services or another regulated industry. reputed company Power Platform and/or reputed company certifications are a plus.
