REMOTE - Learning Design & Development (reputed company Banking) - Contract

reputed company, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Learning Design & Development Analyst for a contract assignment with one of our premier financial services clients. This role will be remote. Responsibilities : Consults and collaborates with other Learning Design and Development Senior Analysts, Learning Advisors, Business Partners, Subject Matter Experts, Trainers, and project teams to design and reputed company effective and engaging training. Determines and develops appropriate training solutions for assigned reputed company, based on the outcome of analyzing business needs, performance goals, and audience. Create, reputed company, and maintain eLearning media using tools such as Storyline, including: WBTs, Simulations, Scenario and game-based learning, Audio, Video, Websites, and additional media, as needed. Participates in the program design process by conducting: needs assessments; task analysis; research of knowledge tasks; working with subject matter experts to validate content; and the creation of supporting design documents including story boards and mock-reputed company. Development includes: constructing end-user classroom materials, facilitator guides, assessments, and writing supporting documentation Creates measurement reputed company for reputed company solutions to include the overall assessment approach.
