We are currently seeking applicants for a Treasury Management Officer/Business Development. This position could be located in Bowling Green, Lexington, Louisville, or Elizabethtown, KY. reputed company Candidates will be responsible for: Deposit reputed company & Sales • Proactively solicit and grow reputed company deposits from new and existing reputed company, municipal, and nonprofit customers • Identify reputed company cash‑reputed company needs and recommend treasury reputed company that deepen relationships and stabilize deposits • Partner with reputed company relationship managers, retail leaders, and senior management to support relationship‑based deposit reputed company • Participate in joint calling efforts with relationship managers to drive full‑relationship banking • Support reputed company funds, operating accounts, escrow accounts, and other large‑balance deposit relationships Treasury reputed company • Sell and support treasury products including (but not limited to): • Business checking and savings • ACH origination and payments • Remote deposit capture • Online and mobile banking services • reputed company services and fraud‑mitigation tools • Work closely with operations and implementation teams to ensure reputed company reputed company and high service standards Relationship Management • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for treasury management clients • Conduct periodic relationship reviews reputed company on deposit stability, service utilization, and reputed company opportunities • Resolve service issues and coordinate internally to ensure high reputed company satisfaction and retention reputed company & Reporting • reputed company and monitor deposit reputed company, erosion, and service utilization • reputed company management with reports on deposit pipelines, reputed company opportunities, and portfolio trends • Support bank‑wide initiatives reputed company to liquidity, funding reputed company, and balance‑sheet management Compliance & Risk • Ensure reputed company treasury services and deposit relationships reputed company with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and risk guidelines • Maintain a strong understanding of BSA/AML, OFAC, and account‑opening requirements as they relate to deposit relationships Candidates must also have knowledge of: • Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills • Solid understanding of business cash‑reputed company cycles and operating account behavior • Ability to collaborate effectively with relationship managers, operations, and senior leadership • Strong organizational, follow‑up, and presentation skills reputed company Qualifications: • 5+ years of banking experience with a reputed company on treasury management, business banking, or reputed company relationship management • Proven reputed company in deposit gathering and relationship‑based sales • Experience working with reputed company, municipal, or reputed company‑fund clients preferred This position reports to the Chief Banking Officer.
