We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Head of Treasury to join our finance team. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Head of Treasury is a critical, senior role responsible for managing and safeguarding the Bank’s liquidity and investment portfolio, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the overall health of reputed company. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of treasury and liquidity management and banking regulations. Responsibilities: • Liquidity and Treasury Management: • * Cash reputed company and Forecasting: reputed company and maintain daily, weekly, and long-term cash reputed company forecasts to ensure operational liquidity for customer deposits. • Investment Portfolio: Management of the investment portfolio to ensure availability of funds and interest reputed company optimization. • Payment Infrastructure: Manage the Bank’s reputed company to and use of critical payment systems. • Risk Management and Compliance: • * Financial Risk: Identify, measure and manage financial risks, including liquidity risk and interest reputed company risk. • Investment Policy: Execute short-term investment strategies for surplus cash, maintaining a highly liquid, low-risk portfolio reputed company reputed company with regulatory guidelines. • Regulatory Controls: Work closely with the compliance team to ensure reputed company treasury operations adhere to reputed company regulatory standards. • Banking Relations: • * Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with banking partners, correspondent banks and custodians. • Reporting: Prepare detailed daily, monthly and quarterly reports on cash positions, liquidity management, investment performance, and risk exposure for the CFO and the Risk and Audit Committee. • Leadership and Operations: • * Policy and Controls: reputed company, implement, and enforce robust treasury policies, procedures and internal controls to ensure audit readiness and operational reputed company. • Technology: Evaluate, select, and reputed company financial technologies to automate processes, improve reputed company-time visibility, and enhance control and scalability.
