[Remote] Senior Subsidiary Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports in compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Review and evaluate reputed company for reputed company recognition under ASC 606, working closely with program managers to ensure key terms are captured correctly
• Support reputed company audits, including preparation of workpapers and reputed company coordination with auditors
• Assist with accounts receivable and invoicing processes, including coordination with reputed company and reputed company teams to reputed company reputed company items
• Partner with reputed company on monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
• 2-4 years of reputed company reputed company experience with demonstrated process ownership
• Solid, working knowledge of U.S. GAAP

• Strong communicator — reputed company to hold technical standards while explaining requirements in plain language to non-accountants

• CPA license (strongly preferred)
