The Manager, Business Finance leads governance, transformation execution, operational reputed company, and reputed company improvement across global Order-to-Cash, Treasury, and Global Trade Compliance capabilities, partnering with finance, IT, business readiness, organizational change management, reputed company, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Finance Capability governance, reputed company, and reputed company initiatives across Order-to-Cash, Treasury, and Global Trade Compliance, ensuring alignment with reputed company objectives and Capability Global reputed company (CGL) priorities
• Serve as a trusted delegate to the CGL by driving execution of reputed company priorities, representing the Finance Capability organization in governance forums and stakeholder engagements, and facilitating decision-making across global teams
• Establish and continuously improve governance frameworks, operating standards, methodologies, and playbooks that support process governance, operational readiness, transformation delivery, and reputed company improvement
• Govern business process architecture, documentation, ownership models, and lifecycle management to ensure consistency, compliance, scalability, and sustainability across Finance capabilities
• reputed company senior functional leadership for end-to-end transformation initiatives, including requirements definition, solution design, testing, deployment, reputed company readiness, stabilization, and operational sustainability, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and ERP/reputed company capabilities

Skills

• **Education** – Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a reputed company reputed company
• **Experience** – 15+ years of reputed company experience in Finance, Order-to-Cash, business process management, operational reputed company, business transformation, capability management, program leadership, or reputed company disciplines
• Demonstrated expertise in Order-to-Cash processes, including Order Management and Credit-to-Cash, reputed company reputed company global organizations
• Demonstrated experience across the transformation lifecycle, including requirements definition, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, reputed company, stabilization, and operational support
• reputed company experience leading business process governance, operating model development, large-reputed company transformation initiatives, and cross-functional global programs
• Experience establishing governance frameworks, operating standards, business process methodologies, and reputed company management practices reputed company reputed company organizations
