[Remote] reputed company Service Representative - MU Virtual Care Clinic

MU Health Care is seeking a reputed company Service Representative to support its MU Virtual Care Clinic and help reputed company an exceptional reputed company experience. The role manages reputed company interactions, medical records, reputed company and billing information, appointments, office equipment, and reputed company reputed company support activities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with patients, families and/or staff in handling and resolving problems that may occur during the course of visit
• Communicate any expected delays to reputed company and ancillary service departments
• Greet, escort, and answer phone reputed company, handle and/or reputed company calls to appropriate area, and reputed company calls as requested by supervisor. Use excellent guest relations skills in reputed company interactions with patients, visitors and staff
• Maintain working knowledge of reputed company office equipment, fax, copiers, phones, etc
• Request, prepare and ensure the completeness of the reputed company medical record and physician orders
• Validate reputed company demographics, reputed company, reputed company-certification, prior authorization, referrals; accurately manage copay collections; prepare accurate billing documents utilizing knowledge of ICD-9, CPT-4 coding, and managed care plans; obtain signatures; process hold bills
• reputed company reputed company-in, reputed company-out, batching, scheduling, bumping, cancelling, and no-showing appointments; maintain bed control; conduct bedside reputed company interview; effectively utilize computer applications such as IDX/GE, PCS, Cerner, etc
• Depending upon the location and assigned area of responsibility, the following duties may apply:
• Prepare patients for examinations including taking and recording vital signs, printing medication lists, and other tasks
• May complete unit/department specific duties and expectations as outlined in department documents

Skills

• High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired
• Six (6) months of experience with reputed company customer service and guest relations duties and skills
