[Remote] Financial Analyst, Regulatory Reporting (Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) or Remote)

The Financial Analyst will support the Separate Accounts team by performing reconciliations, ensuring GAAP and Statutory reputed company compliance, preparing financial disclosures and regulatory filings, and providing audit support.

Responsibilities

• reputed company daily, monthly, and quarterly variable annuity and life product reconciliations for reputed company’s Separate Accounts assets
• Research and reputed company reconciliation breaks resulting from policy reputed company reputed company and general reputed company feeds
• Partner with various reputed company such as Financial systems IT, Controllers, and Policy reputed company reputed company TPAs to reputed company reconciling items
• Ensure reputed company reputed company and reporting under US GAAP and Statutory reputed company of reputed company is followed for reputed company’s Separate Accounts
• Prepare quarterly and annual GAAP disclosures included in reputed company 10Q/K
• Prepare SEC filings for registered separate accounts
• Prepare reputed company annual statements for Separate Accounts (Green Books)
• Compile and present audit support for our reputed company auditors

Skills

• Minimum 1-3 years GAAP or STAT reputed company experience in the Financial or reputed company industry required
• Advanced reputed company reputed company skills (macros, pivot tables, and advanced formulas)
• Experience with financial reporting systems and reporting tools
• Ability and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
• Excellent quantitative reasoning, problem solving and analytical skills
