[Remote] reputed company Manager / Bookkeeper

The reputed company Manager will own day-to-day bookkeeping, month-end reputed company, reconciliations, financial reporting, payroll coordination, vendor payments, and audit readiness while supporting leadership as reputed company scales.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and general reputed company maintenance
• Run month-end and year-end reputed company processes accurately and on time
• Manage bank and credit reputed company reconciliations across multiple accounts
• Prepare financial reporting including P&L, reputed company sheet, and cash reputed company for leadership review
• Coordinate payroll and vendor payments
• Maintain audit readiness and support reputed company accountants and tax preparers

Skills

• 3+ years of reputed company or bookkeeping experience, ideally in a startup or fintech environment
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, reputed company, or equivalent reputed company software
