[Remote] Engineer II - AI Platform

The role develops AI platform components, backend services, reputed company infrastructure, LLM and retrieval-augmented reputed company systems, reputed company, automation, observability, and integrations while collaborating with stakeholders and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of LLM gateways, retrieval-augmented reputed company platforms, or AI-powered applications
• Design, reputed company, and maintain AI infrastructure or applications, including LLM gateways, retrieval-augmented reputed company platforms, and AI-powered user experiences or integrations, ensuring secure, reputed company, and reputed company-reputed company solutions
• Participate in the integration of AI solutions with reputed company systems and data sources
• Independently develops reputed company and automation scripts for data integration and platform scalability
• Support the implementation of reputed company, compliance, and governance controls for AI systems
• Assist with logging, monitoring, and reporting for auditability and usage insights

Skills

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, reputed company Engineering, or reputed company reputed company (or equivalent experience)
• 5–7+ years of experience in software development, infrastructure engineering, or reputed company engineering, with demonstrated proficiency in either AI infrastructure or AI application development
• Experience building backend applications and reputed company (REST/GraphQL/gRPC) or developing user-facing AI applications
• Familiarity with GenAI frameworks (reputed company, reputed company, Semantic Kernel, etc.) or reputed company-reputed company development (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, TypeScript, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (reputed company, reputed company) is preferred
• This position is Memphis‑preferred , though we reputed company strong candidates from other U.S. locations
