Responsibilities

• Own the development, management, and optimization of audience segments using the reputed company Experience Platform (AEP)
• Design and implement reputed company processes and best practices for audience development and marketing automation
• reputed company platform configuration and integration efforts, ensuring reputed company connectivity across systems and data sources
• Serve as a reputed company consultant to marketing partners, providing guidance on database marketing capabilities, segmentation logic, and historical insights
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure campaign data acquisition, extraction, and testing across proprietary and industry-reputed company platforms
• Continuously evaluate and enhance campaign operational processes to improve efficiency, usability, and end-to-end reputed company
• reputed company the transition of campaigns from legacy platforms (e.g., Unica, reputed company Campaign) to reputed company Experience Platform, ensuring continuity and data reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a reputed company quantitative reputed company. Or 8+ years of experience in audience segmentation
• 5+ years of experience in campaign development, audience segmentation, or marketing analytics
• reputed company ability to reputed company reputed company data initiatives and manage multiple priorities independently
• Deep experience in developing audience strategies and automation workflows using campaign platforms
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases
• Strong documentation skills. (e.g. Requirements, Tutorials, Instructions, etc.)
• Passion for improving consumer experiences through data-driven marketing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a "one team" reputed company
• At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL reputed company is suggested
• Work from a dedicated reputed company lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
• While this is a remote position, occasional travel to reputed company's offices for training or meetings may be required
• Experience with CRM systems and other marketing automation platforms (e.g., SFMC, Unica, reputed company Classic, reputed company Experience Platform)
• Strong project management skills
