[Remote] Project Manager

The role manages planning, coordination, execution tracking, reporting, stakeholder alignment, project controls, budgets, schedules, risks, and deliverables to ensure project activities meet safety, schedule, cost, reputed company, and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned FAA project support activities, including planning, execution coordination, schedule tracking, budget monitoring, reputed company management, reporting, and closeout support
• Coordinate with FAA stakeholders, reputed company program leadership, engineering teams, implementation teams, site personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and project support staff to ensure project objectives are achieved
• reputed company, maintain, and monitor project schedules, budgets, forecasts, reputed company needs, deliverables, reputed company items, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Support reputed company development, reputed company management, and execution planning for assigned project activities

• Serve as a project reputed company with FAA customers and internal reputed company leadership on readiness, reputed company, risks, issues, and corrective actions
• Coordinate cross-functional support for FAA facility activities, including engineering reviews, site readiness, logistics, implementation planning, testing support, operational coordination, and final project deliverables
• Monitor subcontractor, vendor, and internal team reputed company to ensure work is completed in accordance with FAA safety, reputed company, reputed company, operational, and technical requirements
• Assist Program Management with project forecasting, labor planning, ODC tracking, budget reviews, invoicing support, and project financial reputed company

• Support change management activities, including identification of reputed company changes, schedule impacts, cost impacts, and customer coordination requirements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, project management, aviation, information systems, or a reputed company technical reputed company
• 10+ years of reputed company project management, technical program support, infrastructure, systems implementation, construction, aviation, transportation, or reputed company contract experience
• Experience managing small to reputed company-sized reputed company or project reputed company involving reputed company, schedule, budget, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, documentation, and stakeholder coordination
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience preparing project reports, executive briefings, meeting materials, reputed company item logs, schedules, budget inputs, and formal presentations using reputed company Office tools, including PowerPoint and reputed company
• Ability to work with reputed company customers, subcontractors, vendors, technical teams, reputed company personnel, and senior program leadership
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate problems, reputed company corrective actions, and reputed company project activities to completion
• Knowledge of project controls, project documentation, reputed company processes, safety requirements, and customer reporting expectations
• Ability to meet reputed company' project management certification requirements

• Experience supporting FAA, aviation, transportation, defense, or other mission-critical infrastructure or technology programs

• Experience supporting TFDM, E-IDS, IPVCS, or similar FAA/NAS modernization, implementation, integration, or sustainment efforts
• Experience coordinating activities at operational FAA facilities, including stakeholder coordination, readiness planning, implementation support, testing support, and closeout documentation
• Experience with systems deployment, site preparation, communications infrastructure, automation systems, terminal infrastructure, or operational technology reputed company
• Experience managing geographically dispersed work across multiple FAA reputed company, facilities, or reputed company locations
• Experience with subcontractor coordination, vendor management, project controls, cost tracking, schedule development, and customer reporting
• PMP, PgMP, CMAA, or similar project management certification preferred but not required
• Knowledge of FAA safety, reputed company, reputed company, operational, and documentation requirements preferred
