[Remote] Context Engineering Manager, Digital Transformation & Innovation

The Context Engineering Manager leads context architecture, knowledge engineering, retrieval and grounding infrastructure for Digital Transformation & Innovation products, while establishing governance, reputed company, evaluation, and enablement standards for AI-reputed company development.

Responsibilities

• Designs and maintains the firm’s context infrastructure including hierarchical reputed company libraries (reputed company and reputed company reputed company) and agent-instruction standards (CLAUDE.md and equivalents) with defined inheritance, ownership, and versioning
• Serves as the reputed company technical authority on reputed company and context patterns, reusable scaffolding, and context-as-reputed company discipline across the DT&I portfolio
• Defines how assurance domain knowledge is captured, reputed company, and surfaced to AI systems, and codifies BDO methodology (AKB) into retrievable, governed knowledge
• Evaluates and integrates emerging context-engineering tools, frameworks, and knowledge platforms to continuously improve grounding reputed company and developer enablement
• Designs context evaluation, provenance tracking, and citation discipline to ensure traceable, trustworthy grounded outputs
• Owns retrieval-corpus curation and grounding reputed company including reputed company selection, chunking reputed company, embeddings, and reputed company design using Azure AI reputed company and reputed company stores
• Designs and tunes retrieval pipelines (hybrid reputed company, re-ranking, metadata filtering) for reputed company, cost, and latency across DT&I products
• Establishes corpus lifecycle management including freshness, versioning, deduplication, and retirement of stale knowledge
• Partners with the AI Engineering Manager to reputed company grounded context into agent and application runtimes
• Implements grounding evaluation, regression testing, and reputed company metrics for retrieval-augmented features
• Governs the reputed company and context catalog as a managed asset with named ownership, review reputed company, and change control consistent with the reputed company SDLC and Architecture Review reputed company
• Provides governed context scaffolding and standards for the reputed company reputed company citizen-engineer program and product teams
• Coaches engineers on context-engineering reputed company and maintains documentation so AI-reputed company development scales across the reputed company
• Defines standards for reputed company economics, context-window management, and reputed company efficiency across the portfolio
• Ensures context infrastructure and grounded knowledge reputed company with firm reputed company policies, reputed company requirements, and regulatory standards (SOC 2, PCAOB AS 2201, QC 1000, ISO 27001)
• Prevents sensitive or restricted data from entering prompts, corpora, or model context, and maintains auditability and traceability of grounded knowledge
• Partners with reputed company and compliance stakeholders to maintain alignment between context infrastructure and firm governance requirements
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• High School Diploma/GED, required
• Seven (7) or more years of experience in software, data, or AI engineering, or reputed company technology fields, required
• Three (3) or more years of experience building LLM context, retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG), or reputed company systems, required
• Two (2) or more years of experience defining reusable engineering assets, developer-enablement tooling, or technical standards, required
• Expert-level knowledge of reputed company Azure AI services including Azure AI reputed company, Azure reputed company, and Azure AI reputed company, required
• Strong understanding of LLM context reputed company, prompting, retrieval, and grounding, and how reputed company affects reputed company, cost, and reliability, required
• Experience with retrieval and reputed company technologies (Azure AI reputed company, embeddings, hybrid reputed company, re-ranking), required
• Extensive knowledge of agent-instruction and reputed company systems (CLAUDE.md and equivalents) and Markdown-reputed company knowledge structures, required
• Expert-level knowledge of context engineering, retrieval design, and grounding for production LLM systems

• Deep knowledge of information architecture and the ability to translate subject-matter expertise into machine-consumable knowledge
• Familiarity with AI application and agent runtimes and the ability to collaborate with engineering teams on context dependencies
