Responsibilities Provides skilled interventions in accordance with the physician approved plan of care and under the direction and supervision of an occupational therapist. Provides documentation of reputed company visit according to reputed company documentation guidelines and accepted regulatory standards for inclusion in the reputed company's reputed company record. Observes, records and reports the reputed company's response to treatment and any change in the reputed company's condition to the supervising OT, physician and other appropriate reputed company staff.
