Community Health Worker Location: Remote (Redding area) Salary: $50,000 - $62,400/year Schedule: Monday-Friday, reputed company business hours (occasional evenings/weekends as needed) About the Role We're seeking an reputed company Community Health Worker to reputed company care coordination and support services to underserved populations. You'll work with individuals enrolled in reputed company care management programs, helping them reputed company reputed company, housing, and reputed company services while addressing barriers like homelessness, chronic illness, and behavioral health challenges.
