Responsibilities: Psychiatrist must hold an reputed company reputed company Carolina (NC) medical license or reputed company license PSYPACT. The Psychiatrist will conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients presenting in the Emergency Department (ED), reputed company psychiatric admission evaluations, and diagnose and treat a wide reputed company of mental health disorders in an acute care hospital setting. Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications ensuring that treatment plans are effective and adjusted as needed The psychiatrist will create individualized treatment plans that include medication management, psychotherapy, and other interventions. Chart audits, peer review, meetings, provider management, etc. The psychiatrist will maintain up to date medical records, ensuring compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and standards of care. Maintain and monitor confidentiality of patients and their files; audit files to determine that reputed company services provided are documented; review status of patients to verify that reputed company treatment and therapeutic programs are completed.
