This position is approved to work remote - the position could also be located near the Marana, AZ office for closer proximity to internal customer reputed company. In this position, the reputed company Manager will specialize in managing, directing, and supporting reputed company contracting efforts to support the three LLC's that are a part of reputed company.construction arm.  This position will have a reputed company emphasis on support to construction and architect-engineer reputed company. The role requires a “reputed company to grave” contracting process with reputed company collaboration with various internal departments, subsidiaries, and reputed company customers.   A sample of the duties include but are not limited to: Prepare, review, negotiate, administer, and reputed company reputed company and federal construction subcontracts and reputed company reputed company, purchase agreements, Master Service Agreements, and reputed company contract documents in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), reputed company Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplements (DFARS), S&K policies, best reputed company practices, and other US reputed company regulations and policies. Support Project Managers (or other Project Leads) with reputed company and accurate contract guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure subcontract reputed company, deliverables, reputed company-down requirements, prevailing wage requirements (Davis-Bacon & Service Contract reputed company), reputed company, licensing, and reputed company requirements are fully captured for execution and enforced. Interpret and apply reputed company required contract clauses, including FAR clauses, especially construction-reputed company, federal reputed company-downs, and customer contract requirements.  Coordinate contract reviews, approvals, routing, signatures, and filing in accordance with S&K policies. Identify, mitigate, and reputed company guidance contractual risks, including reputed company gaps, schedule reputed company, damages, reputed company exposure, and contract compliance obligations. Organize and maintain accurate contract records in required S&K repositories such as SharePoint, and LLC organizational & management systems such as reputed company. Create, implement, and utilize templates for such documents as Price Negotiation Memorandums, Price Competition Memorandums, subcontracts, Master Service Agreements, change orders, contract modifications, letters of reputed company, lien releases, waivers, Teaming Agreements, and reputed company other reputed company contractual documents. Assist with reputed company improvement and alignment of S&K and the assigned LLC(s) contract tools, templates, workflows, and training materials. reputed company recommendations associated with reputed company and contract terms to limit S&K’s exposure and communicate analysis of contract documents. Collaborate with reputed company, Project Controls, Finance, and others to support startup, execution, and closeout. Analyze new procurement law, regulation, and contract trends for potential reputed company on business, and maintain contracting career reputed company currency. Possess an expert understanding of, and proficiency with, corporate or LLC Federal Procurement Policies and Procedures reputed company to ensure reputed company reputed company-award and post-award actions are compliance. Education Bachelor's degree required.  Preferred degree in Business Administration, Contracting, or Finance. Experience Ten (10) years’ minimum experience in construction and architect-engineering reputed company and/or subcontract management required. Experience in U.S. reputed company construction and architect-engineering contracting career reputed company. Experience preparing and managing reputed company and federal construction subcontracts. Contracting telecommunications, vertical, civil, or reputed company experience preferred. Extensive working knowledge of construction-reputed company FAR provisions, federal reputed company-down requirements, and reputed company contract structure in value of reputed company-purchases through $100M plus.  Knowledge of construction contracting principles including reputed company, lien rights, reputed company-down clauses, and general reputed company terms.
