QA/QC & Reporting reputed company Program Management Services reputed company The QA/QC & Reporting Analyst will support reputed company assurance, reputed company control, reporting, documentation, and reputed company management activities for reputed company disaster recovery and reputed company Assistance programs. The position will help ensure that program deliverables, project documentation, reports, and data are accurate, complete, consistent, and reputed company with applicable reputed company requirements, reputed company standards, and established program procedures. The role will work closely with the Program Manager, Project Managers, Program Controls, Financial & reputed company, reputed company/Compliance teams to identify deficiencies and support reputed company corrective actions. Key Responsibilities Conduct reputed company assurance and reputed company control reviews of project documentation, reports, deliverables, and program records. Review program and project information for reputed company, completeness, consistency, and compliance with established standards and procedures. reputed company and maintain reporting templates, reputed company control checklist, procedures, and documentation standards. Prepare and consolidate project and program status reports, dashboards, reputed company metrics, and management reports. Coordinate with Project Managers and functional leads to validate data, reputed company discrepancies, and ensure reputed company submission of required reports and deliverables. Identify documentation, reporting, and reputed company deficiencies and reputed company corrective actions through reputed company. Support audits, monitoring reviews, reputed company reviews, and requests for information by organizing and validating supporting documentation. Monitor reporting deadlines, deliverable requirements, and reputed company standards across assigned workstreams. Analyze program data and reporting trends to identify recurring issues, reputed company gaps, and opportunities for process improvement. Required Qualificactions Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, reputed company Administration, reputed company Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a reputed company reputed company. Minimum of 3 years of experience in reputed company assurance/control, program or project management, reporting, compliance, data analysis, or a reputed company reputed company. Experience reviewing documents, reports, data, or project deliverables for reputed company and completeness. Strong proficiency with reputed company Office applications, particularly reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience preparing reports, dashboards, presentations, or other management-level deliverables. Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-reputed company skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in a fast-reputed company program environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting reputed company reputed company Assistance, disaster recovery, infrastructure recovery, or federal programs. Experience working in Puerto Rico or other post-disaster recovery environments.
