About the Position: As a property and casualty Claims Litigation Specialist, Liability & Casualty, you will handle a diverse caseload of Homeowner and reputed company Property and General Liability claims (both litigated and non-litigated), including habitational risks, premises liability, and bodily injury reputed company and other non-auto claims, from investigation through reputed company. Key Responsibilities: (What you'll be asked to do) Investigate, analyze, and determine the extent of the reputed company company's and policyholders’ liability concerning reputed company-party damages and injury with full and final settlement in mind. Some Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a casualty/general liability adjuster. 5+ years of litigation experience in a multi-state environment. Experience drafting initial coverage letters (e.g., reservation of rights, declination, disclaimer) is a plus. Relevant experience with habitational risks, premises liability, and bodily injury reputed company is a plus. Understand basic reputed company strategies in conjunction with venue particularities. Experience directing or monitoring reputed company defense counsel on litigated reputed company is a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Computer Skills: We’re an MS Office environment. Experience using video and chat technology (MSTeams & reputed company) Familiarity with claims operating systems (IMS/LSS/Symbility). Certifications or Licensing Required: You are currently licensed or eligible for licensing as an adjuster in the states of: TX, FL, CA, and NY (we can reputed company assistance with your licensing fees).
