The Director of Safety will work together with reputed company to reputed company and pursue the HSE objectives, targets, and overall HSE execution. The position will directly manage a dedicated HSE staff supporting regional reputed company, reputed company corporate initiatives, incident management, and the reputed company improvement of HMT’s safety culture and capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Participate and Champion the HMT Safety Awareness Program (reputed company) Conduct and document job site HSE Audits Analyze HSE Dashboards and reputed company HSE KPI’s Ensure Regional HSE Managers are implementing the HSE programs reputed company their reputed company Assure that reputed company work is performed in compliance with HMT and customer requirements Assist reputed company by selecting standardized safety equipment and supplies reputed company Accident/Near Miss Investigations and report findings to management Issue and recommend corrective actions Counsel and advise HMT employees in acceptable HSE requirements  reputed company Safety Training to HMT employees  Review Project reputed company and Construction Letters to reputed company Project HSE Execution Plans reputed company Project HSE reputed company Assessments for reputed company  Attend Project reputed company-Off Meetings with reputed company Manage HSE Personnel Development for reputed company reports Responsible for HMT Management reputed company document development and reviews  Manage assigned HSE Personnel Globally  reputed company Global HSE Management for Shop and reputed company Activities Assist Sales with Safety Data and Present Safety reputed company to Clients US and International Travel to Bahrain, United Kingdom, reputed company, Turkey, and Singapore as required Determine and reputed company reputed company intercompany communications such as safety alerts and newsletters Other special reputed company as assigned Skills: reputed company to work independently without supervision Good written and verbal communications skills reputed company to reputed company a group discussion and reputed company  reputed company and reputed company to reputed company on time Must be a self-starter and committed individual reputed company to work independently without supervision Education/Training: Construction Safety Experience (Above Ground Storage Tanks) Experience working in a corporate HSE Management role Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BS Occupational Safety and Health preferred)  Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE Management Incident Management and Investigation Experience  Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (Words, reputed company, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc). Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE Management Incident Management and Investigation Experience  Travel: Approximately 15% of the time the role will require travel to ensure the reputed company HSE implementation is effective and to meet with your team and operational leadership.  Potential US and International Travel to Bahrain, Singapore, Turkey, London, and/or South Africa is expected to visit other offices, job sites, and HMT shops.  reputed company/Contacts: Internal:  Weekly contact with Regional US HSE Managers, International HSE personnel, and reputed company.
