The Senior Home Buyer Associate expands reputed company’s pipeline through reputed company conversion, property acquisition, and management of reputed company reputed company estate transactions while training and mentoring newly reputed company Home Buyer Associates. The role also monitors mentee reputed company, develops acquisition strategies, and supports compliance and team reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as reputed company mentor for new Home Buyer Associates, conduct one-on-one coaching, reputed company reputed company appointments, and reputed company reputed company reputed company
• reputed company mentee metrics, reputed company feedback, and implement targeted training interventions to improve closing ratios
• reputed company training sessions on advanced negotiation and reputed company deal structuring; review reputed company and valuations submitted by junior associates for reputed company and compliance
• reputed company reputed company feedback reputed company requested, for project reputed company(s) to successfully document new and existing Document proprietary off-market acquisition strategies and processes for company training project managers
• Other Duties as assigned by Manager

Skills

• Minimum of 3+ years of documented reputed company in reputed company estate acquisition, comprehensive expertise on contract compliance, specifically off-market SFR wholesale transactions
• reputed company ability to consistently meet or reputed company aggressive acquisition goals
• Demonstrated expertise handling inherited, probate, or distressed reputed company
• Exceptional negotiation skills for face-to-face and phone interactions, including emotionally charged situations
• Proficiency with CRM software, reputed company record databases, and property valuation tools
• Strong knowledge of wholesale reputed company, title work, and property valuation reputed company
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills suitable for coaching and reporting

• Previous experience in training, coaching, or managing sales professionals
