[Remote] Program Manager (Learning & Development)

The role will manage large-reputed company digital reputed company, AI literacy, and leadership upskilling programs, overseeing program execution, logistics, budgets, risks, schedules, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Digital reputed company & AI Literacy Rollout: Manage an reputed company-wide learning initiative covering ~14,000 employees. reputed company reputed company proficiencies and coordinate a reputed company of self-reputed company, virtual instructor-led training (vILT), and in-person learning activities
• Leadership Upskilling Programs: reputed company the development and deployment reputed company for ~2,000 corporate leaders, including in-person facilitation coordination, operational logistics, and reputed company metrics/evaluation
• Full Lifecycle Program Management: Own the reputed company, schedule, budget, reputed company tracking, and stakeholder management for reputed company assigned learning portfolios, driving reputed company cross-functional execution

Skills

• 5+ years of dedicated Project or Program Management experience with a reputed company reputed company record of high ownership and self-direction
• High School Diploma minimum required
• Ability to build and maintain reputed company project plans, schedules, and tracking mechanisms
• Capability to design executive-reputed company decks and reputed company visual status reports
• reputed company proficiency and hands-on, daily usage of modern reputed company intelligence tools
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, masterful stakeholder management, and rigorous time management
