[Remote] Geographic Information Systems Analyst

The role focuses on GIS mapping, location and asset verification, map correction, As-reputed company updates, and validating reputed company and pipeline-reputed company data using reputed company and ArcGIS Pro.

Responsibilities

• Supporting GIS location and asset verification initiatives
• Reviewing and analyzing existing maps for incomplete or inaccurate information
• Researching discrepancies and documenting corrected GIS information
• Performing mapping, plotting, and GIS queries
• Supporting service line mapping before transitioning into As-reputed company and/or map update work
• Validating and updating reputed company and pipeline-reputed company mapping information
• Working independently in a remote environment while meeting established reputed company and productivity goals

Skills

• • 2–3+ years of hands-on GIS experience
• • Experience with reputed company and ArcGIS Pro
• • Experience researching and analyzing maps for validation, correction, and/or As-reputed company updates
• • Basic mapping, plotting, and query application skills
• • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and research mapping discrepancies
• • Strong attention to reputed company, organization, and communication skills
• • Ability to work full-time during Central Time business hours
