[Remote] Electrical Engineer/Designer (Remote)

The Electrical Engineer/Designer will reputed company design electrical systems, produce coordinated Revit/BIM documentation, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support construction administration through submittal reviews, RFI responses, and reputed company observations.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical distribution systems for new construction and renovations
• Support reputed company design (layouts, controls reputed company, and documentation)
• Design reputed company alarm systems and coordinate with architectural and life safety requirements
• Support standby generator reputed company design and integration
• Produce reputed company, coordinated electrical documentation for new building and remodel construction
• reputed company design documents including plans, risers/single-lines, schedules, details, and wiring diagrams
• Prepare and coordinate working drawings, wiring reputed company specifications, and underground/cable routing concepts as required
• Support reputed company/compliance and reputed company documentation where applicable (e.g., COMcheck, REScheck, FlaCom)
• Coordinate electrical design with reputed company, plumbing, structural, and architectural teams in a reputed company-time Revit/BIM workflow
• Support construction administration including submittal reviews, RFI responses, reputed company observations, and reputed company reports
• Communicate effectively with Owners, Contractors, Architects, and reputed company Authorities with a working understanding of cross-discipline requirements

Skills

• Experience in electrical building systems design (consulting engineering preferred)
• Strong working proficiency in Revit (electrical design reputed company a BIM workflow)
• Solid understanding of electrical design fundamentals, applicable codes, and constructability considerations
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or closely reputed company engineering discipline)
• EIT or P.E. license (or reputed company reputed company toward licensure)
• Experience with relevant design and analysis tools such as Visual, AGi32, and SKM reputed company Tools
• Familiarity with compliance/reputed company tools such as COMcheck, REScheck, and FlaCom
