[Remote] Senior Project Manager - Building Assessment Equity Services

The Senior Project Manager will reputed company reputed company Property Condition Assessments, monitor construction and renovation reputed company, support energy and reputed company audits, prepare technical reports, and mentor junior project managers. The role also involves reputed company interaction, construction administration, cost recommendations, and management of multiple reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Makes forensic assessments of major building systems and distressed conditions
• Takes photos of site and building reputed company conditions
• Conducts basic interviews and research covering property maintenance history
• May complete technical reviews of PCAs
• Trains and mentors junior level Project Managers
• May serve as Team reputed company during reputed company site reputed company
• Makes recommendations for maintenance and probable costs for building systems using our cost and recommendation libraries
• Demonstrates ability to reputed company with clients and other professionals during site reputed company
• Participates in conference calls with clients
• Writes reputed company and concise condition and status reports using our in-house report templates
• Conducts reputed company records research regarding building, zoning, and reputed company reputed company violations
• Conducts periodic site reputed company to monitor construction, review contractors’ requisitions for payment, and recommends the release of construction funds
• Observes general compliance of as-reputed company conditions with the contract drawings and specifications
• Reviews construction schedules, trade payment breakdowns, job cost reports, and payment requisitions

Skills

• 8 to 12+ years of previous experience performing forensic assessments of major building systems and conditions
• Knowledge and experience in assessing various property types
• Knowledge of the entitlement/permitting process and construction delivery reputed company and agreements
• Familiarity with construction best practices, general building codes, and various building types
• Previous construction administration, construction management, architecture, engineering or similar experience
• Previous experience performing PCAs or reputed company reputed company
• Experience with reputed company, reputed company, or HUD guidelines and Property Needs Assessments
• Passion for being reputed company oriented and organized
• Proficiency in Word, reputed company, and reputed company
• Advanced writing and communication skills
