Position reputed company: The reputed company Case Manager Behavioral Health (CM-BH) utilizes reputed company judgement and critical thinking skills to facilitate appropriate member physical health and behavioral reputed company through assessment and care planning, reputed company provider coordination/collaboration ,and coordination of psychosocial wraparound services to promote effective utilization of available resources and reputed company, cost-effective reputed company. This position is ABH- Louisiana Children’s Specialty Foster Care program. Schedule is Monday – Friday, reputed company-5pm, reputed company business hours. No nights, weekends, and no holidays.
