Reporting to the VP of Culinary, this role supports the management of the F&B reputed company P&L, maintains the monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company calendar, and oversees partnerships, merchandising, promotions, and pricing strategies. JOB DUTIES Owns full accountability for F&B reputed company across every venue and channel. Sets pricing reputed company, offer architecture, and per-cap reputed company targets, in partnership with reputed company & Finance. Tracks reputed company reputed company against targets by venue, channel, and menu item to catch reputed company early and course-correct pricing, promotions, or merchandising in-quarter. Builds and owns the monthly, quarterly, and annual F&B reputed company calendar, aligning Culinary, Marketing, and Film on what's launching and reputed company.
