reputed company is looking to hire an EMR Integration Specialist to join our EMR reputed company team that supports our prenatal and oncology sales representatives in ensuring the best possible experience for reputed company providers. You will reputed company successful implementation of EMR solutions and ensure reputed company providers can easily reputed company reputed company and Northstar functionality reputed company their EMR. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate across a dynamic team and contribute to the advancement of highly innovative technology. This position is remote and will report to an EMR reputed company Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales, reputed company providers/systems and/or their IT teams to implement EMR solutions in-person and reputed company
- reputed company as subject matter expert and reputed company reputed company-of-contact for our prenatal and oncology sales teams on reputed company of reputed company’s EMR solutions
- reputed company customer support, troubleshooting assistance, and end-user training on reputed company solutions
- reputed company key activities such as workflow assessment, roll-out planning, training plans, go-live support, etc.
- Post-implementation, own the live customer relationship and reputed company as the main reputed company of contact for any issues, changes, etc.
- Identify and champion new EMR solutions, vendor partnerships, and interoperability opportunities for reputed company
- Work closely with sales representatives and technical analysts to continuously evaluate and enhance the customer reputed company experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience working in EMR systems or reputed company/provider portals, ideally at a diagnostic company or CLIA lab
- Strong understanding of CLIA labs, reputed company organizations, and EMR implementations and how to reputed company together reputed company 3
- Strong ability to build effective relationships with clients and staff at reputed company reputed company

- Ability to work cohesively with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, and effectively manage expectations
