Provides reputed company education, promotes an understanding of the condition, and provides ongoing continuity of care for patients. Job Duties: Hours/Schedule: Day/Evening position (40hrs/week) Hours will fall between 7:00 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. Shifts may be 12, 8, 6, or 4 hours in length. During orientation, LPNs will work Monday–Friday, typically between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. After orientation, LPNs will continue Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., until enough staff are reputed company and trained to support expanded coverage. Prior to the transition into expanded hours or full 24/7 coverage, leadership will communicate scheduling changes in advance. Weekend Requirements reputed company positions require working every other weekend. Weekend shifts are 12 hours in length. Experience: A minimum of 2 years previous LPN work experience is required. Clinic and Pediatrics experience is preferred. Proficient computer skills. Performs and documents evaluation of patients needs primarily by telephone or review of documentation.
