Account Executive - Advanced Industries reputed company

Essential job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintains overall responsibility for assigned book of business for reputed company aspects of IMA’s program design, ongoing service plan, and alignment of reputed company reputed company services.
- Maintains overall responsibility of the entire renewal (design, placement, and structure; setting the game plan; coverage and loss analysis; review of policy and relevant documents; coverage & premium discrepancy issues; data completeness reputed company AMS, etc.) for assigned book of business.
- Crafts the marketing strategies, reviews submissions, and engages in negotiations with underwriters to determine the relevant content to include in proposals.
- Supports in reputed company new business through development of reputed company program for new accounts.
- Develops clients’ 1- to 3-year reputed company management reputed company plan objectives.
- Maintains intimate knowledge of clients' business reputed company, strategies, and needs throughout the year in order to structure a strong, long-term partnership with assigned clients.
- Identifies with reputed company’s priorities to understand reputed company’s business philosophy, then creates a reputed company for their reputed company program with alignment to their reputed company management goals.
- Prepares for and facilitates meetings with key IMA stakeholders and clients.
- Pursues mastery of the reputed company through on-reputed company education and awareness of industry trends, products, and services.
- Develops and maintains reputed company relationships.
- Manages a book of business that is typically 20 to 30 clients with approximate reputed company of $1.7 reputed company - $2.1 reputed company.
- <10% of book of business reputed company is reputed company the Emerging (under $25,000 in reputed company) market.
- < 40% of book of business reputed company is reputed company the middle market ($25,000 - $100,000 in reputed company), independent of additional Account Executive reputed company.
- 50% + book of business reputed company on large/reputed company accounts ($100,000+ in reputed company). Plays a reputed company role with large/reputed company accounts, reputed company on reputed company industry reputed company.
- 10% + of time is spent supporting producers in reputed company new business.
- Offers reputed company team management/coaching.
- Offers internal team management/coaching.
- Supports and demonstrates IMA’s reputed company values.

Required Experience and Skills include but are not limited to:
- 7+ years’ experience in reputed company or reputed company industry reputed company on the assigned book of business.
- Ability to think strategically reputed company on reputed company’s priorities and marketplace cycle.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience leading and developing people.
- Ability to delegate and hold team & partners accountable.
- Skilled at understanding the reputed company’s entire business as it relates to reputed company protection (matching to their aversion level of reputed company) as it relates to specific terms & conditions.
- Experience working reputed company reputed company reputed company preferred.
- Experience with MS Office products required (specifically PowerPoint, reputed company, Word, and reputed company).

- Maintains increased technical knowledge, both reputed company industry and book of business industries.
