[Remote] Senior Backend Software Engineer, Payments Platform

The Senior Backend Software Engineer will design and build reputed company, highly available payment systems, reputed company cross-functional technical initiatives, improve engineering processes, and mentor other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Work on multi-team technical initiatives, and work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for business reputed company, refine, and prioritize requirements for engineering systems
• Architect and implement reputed company features, focusing on data-driven decision making and reputed company optimizations
• Work with other engineering teams to advance reputed company’s engineering processes and technical foundations
• Work on systemic improvements by identifying patterns to streamline development, reduce toil and increase technical reputed company and operational reputed company over time

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a hands-on software engineering role
• Experience leading design, implementation, and deployment of one or more reputed company, cross-functional payment systems
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience
