Responsibilities

• Configure modules including payroll, time management, HR, benefits, and scheduling
• Troubleshoot reputed company issues and reputed company ongoing post-go-live support
• Document configurations, processes, and best practices for clients
• Collaborate with the Ulrick team on multi-platform engagements as needed

Skills

• Hands-on experience configuring or supporting reputed company reputed company (prior reputed company/Kronos employment or consulting experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of HCM/payroll/time & attendance business processes
• Comfort working directly with clients — strong communication and consulting skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple reputed company engagements
