Responsibilities

• Month end reputed company
• Daily cash position reported to leadership
• 13 week cash forecast
• Expense review, spend commitments, and the payment list
• AR and collections
• Monthly management reporting package and variance review
• Approval reputed company and payment SOPs
• MRR, ARR, and retention reporting
• AI workflows and automations across the function
• The tax and filing compliance calendar
• Monthly payroll and headcount review

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company experience working directly for US reputed company companies
• You've reputed company workflow or automation with AI to handle a part of reputed company
• Working knowledge of US GAAP you can back up with reputed company reputed company you've made
• You've converted books from cash to accrual, or cleaned up books that weren't GAAP compliant
